What's in the box?
You will find a variety of snacks from around the world in the box including chips & crisps, chocolates, candies & gummies, cookies, biscuits & crackers, wafers, instant noodles and beverages.
Can I purchase just one time, without subscribing?
Yes, you can purchase just one time off. You may pick the one-time purchase option from our website.
We do not guarantee that all snacks featured in our box are halal certified. If you would like to purchase a halal certified snack box, do reach us on our Facebook or Instagram to do your customize snack box.
You will receive an email with order confirmation once your purchase is successful.
Do I need an account to make order?
You do not need an account to make purchase with us. However, you can collect reward points when you make purchase with your account and get more offers on your future purchases. You can also easily track your order status on your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we are not able to cancel the order. You may contact us to change the order details. However, amendment is not possible once your order is processed.
Can I deliver to different addresses in one order?
Yes, you may place an order and indicate all the delivery details (recipient name, contact number, shipping address) at the comment note section upon checkout
We will proceed with your order in 3 working days time and post it out.

West Malaysia – 3 to 6 working days
East Malaysia – 3 to 10 working days
Singapore – 6 to 12 working days
How much is the shipping fee?
West Malaysia – Free of charge
East Malaysia – The shipping fee is RM15 per delivery
Singapore – The shipping fee is RM30 per delivery
Can I choose a specific date or time for delivery?
All deliveries are done by the third party courier company and there is no guarantee on the date and time. You may include your preferred date and our team can arrange the delivery near the desired delivery date.
How can I check the shipment status?
You will receive an email with tracking link once your parcel is dispatched.
